Rough Concrete Surface Primer

SRT FIX ROUGH CONCRETE PRIMER is water-based. It adheres perfectly to the applied surface. It does not blister or peel. It is used before applying gypsum plaster, acrylic-based putty, or cement-based plaster to rough concrete surfaces, preventing rapid water loss and creating more robust surfaces. By reducing absorbency on rough concrete surfaces, it protects against problems such as peeling, blistering, and cracking.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surfaces to which SRT FIX ROUGH CONCRETE PRIMER will be applied must be dry, clean, sound, and free of dust. Any blistered and/or loose areas on the surface must be scraped and the surface prepared accordingly. Oil, soot, rust, and form release oil must be removed from the surface with appropriate materials before application.

DILUTION RATIO
It should be diluted with water by 20% by volume. (Approximately 1.5 liters of water for a 12 kg package) Only clean water must be used.

APPLICATION METHOD
The surface must be completely dry before priming. During application, ensure that the surface and ambient temperature are between +5 °C and +30 °C. Application can be done in a single coat using a sheepskin roller and/or a long-yarn roller. The surface is ready for use at least 24 hours after the priming process is complete. Tools used can be cleaned with water.
DRYING TIME*
Touch dry time is 1 hour, full drying time is 24 hours. The application must be protected from freezing conditions during the full drying time.
